We are studying China for the next few weeks.  Chinese New Year is coming up on February 18^th and we are studying Ancient China in history so I thought this would be a great time to learn more about the country of China.  I have 3 units, I split them up because they will go into different categories in my archives but they can be intermixed for a more thorough coverage.  The three units are Ancient China, China and Chinese New Year.  Also if you still need resources for Valentine’s Day, check out my Valentine Unit Study .

Thank you for this information! I thought I left you a comment earlier, but apparantly I didn't. My husband's birthday was on the 18th. So I combined his birthday with The Chinese New Year and had a big celebration. My kids made 2 different types of lanterns to put up in the house.
