Thanks for visiting my blog and posting on the contest. My hope when writing izzy's story was to alarm people as this experience has been so extreme.

Hi. Thanks for stopping by my high school blog. I was told that the link for high school record keeping wasn't working. I've repaired it. Sorry if that caused you any problems. Thanks for these links, too. I'm going to check them out.

In answer to your question, Toby is based on my son, who is now 10 (Toby is around 4-5). The hair is definitely my son's--forever messy. Sort of like Calvin's in Calvin and Hobbes. Even if you run a brush through it, it does its own thing! And this strip was based on an actual event at the American Museum of Natural History. It's amazing that he was so interested in dinosaurs and fossils and yet couldn't cope with the fact that they had died!
Glad you're enjoying the strips!
Peace and Laughter,
Cristina

What a cute blog you have here. Thanks so much for coming by mine.
I love FREE stuff. I live off the internet when it comes to school. When my girls were younger , I got everything off the internet. It's great.
Have a GREAT day!

Thank you for leaving a comment. Yes, the letter we received does seem to be a validation that our decision is the right one for now. God is merciful, gracious and above all Holy! He will guide those with young!
Thank you for all your prayers.
