New Resource

I just got this Rome unit and it has tons of stuff in it!!!! As I was flipping through it, I was really surprised at just how much was covered. It is mostly reading and workbook type pages (could easily use notebooking instead), but it also has lots of maps, diagrams, some activities. It even has a section on Latin roots and a large list of them. The best part is right now Homeschool E-store has it for only $3.50! It is usually $10.00 and this study has 270 pages to it. One of my favorite pictures is the diagrams of what their homes were like. Just thought I’d let you guys know, incase any one is studying Rome anytime in the near future. You can get more info about it at the site including a preview.

Wow, that sounds like a great deal!
We ended up fairing well through our storm.
There was a small tornado 11 miles away from us. They are such an intimidating force of power. Wouldn't you say? Yikes! The interesting thing, is most homes in Texas do not have storm shelters or basements. Now thats a walk on the wild side. I can't wait until we buy a house of our own. That way we can put a storm shelter in.
You have a blessed day!
