Therapy, Ducks and What I Need....

We're back from my son's therapy! I think it's going to go well. I really like his therapist. She seems really nice and not pushy. I don't deal well with pushy people. A big part of his therapy is going to be exposing him to things that are a problem for him in baby steps. So at some point he is going to be exposed to spiders. Hmmmm.... I wonder if I will want to be in the room with him!

The thing that really stinks is he needs to go weekly and it is about 60 miles away through heavy traffic! YUCK!!!!!!!

At least he can take his school work with him and get caught up in some areas.
      The ducks have now moved on. The mommy probably took them to find some body of water. I was not able to get pictures because she was really hidden. When we were in the backyard we could not see her. But we had a great shot through our kitchen window of her, but trying to get a picture like that was near impossible.
       Now for fun... Jenn did this really cute thing where you google your name and the word needs. Like this: "Lynn needs". Then she wrote what came up. Well, I did "Lynn needs" and here is what I got.

Lynn needs......
           • a blog (lol!!!! I knew it!!!!!)
           • inspiration (don't we all!!!!)
           • to develop a larger repertoire of reading
                   vocabulary (I guess I could always improve....)
           • a new job (I won't even go there!

           • work with a better salary in the new year (See
                     the last one!)
           • to loose the tattoes (Nope, most definitely not!
                    The idea of having needles stuck in me is
                    not appealling!!!!!)

I am so thankful that this therapist seems good. Weekly visits, yikes! May God provide! As for the ducks, she may choose to come back next year to raise her next brood since you were so nice and left her alone. And Lynn, we all know you NEED a blog! That's too fun! Tonight my husband actually agreed that my blogging makes us richer. I made that yummy cake yesterday and today he looked over the ebook I got for free on The Homeschool eStore (missionaries). I found it on a blog. He was impressed. Me too.

Hi!
Sounds like you have a good therapist, but spiders?? Yuck! We recently had a hugh wolf spider in the house and my son screamed! He then announced just how many babies could be on it's back. Thank goodness my spouse was home to do the catch and release.
