X- rays...yuck!
Little One has to get x- rays done. *sigh* He's been saying his belly hurts for a couple weeks now. The weird thing is he does NOT act like he is pain in any way. He is playing normally, eating nomally, his bathrooming is normal, but he keeps saying his belly hurts right behind the belly button. For awhile we thought maybe it was for attention, but we didn't make a big deal of it and he continued to say it. We know he has reflux and the doctor suggested we give him a TUM when he complains and see if maybe he needs more meds. We've even tried to lay off the reflux meds for a couple days, but that didn't help and his reflux got worse. So the doctor wants to make sure there is no blockage. I don't think there is, his belly is soft and he does not complain when we touch it, but his doctor is really thorough and he wants to rule it out completely. But right now we are STUMPED!

Meaning that I hope they can find out what the cause is and FIX IT! It's so awful having a child hurting when you can't figure out what it is.
Your blog is cute! What a group of great stories you have. God is so good and rescues us even when we don't know it! Hope you have a great week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the comment. I will be praying for you little guys tummy troubles. Hopefully they will find the problem. I read a few posts down too. My all time favorite song is El Shadai. I too, grew up in an alcholoic home, so I praise the Lord on your very wise decision to get out of that mess for your son's sake. God is so good isn't He? Have a great week!
Blessings,
Lori

I am sorry to hear that your little one is having a problem. It can be so perplexing when they don't seem to be sick yet they keep complaining of pain. I hope the doctor is able to pinpoint the source of discomfort and get it taken care of quickly and easily.

I hope he's ok!!! AS far as my little guy - he hasn't hardly touched scissors since the incident!
as to your comment on languages - children learn really easy when they are young, so start teaching them now! Jenna is already learning German and is doing great - and she loves it...
thanks for praying for my military friend - and as for your other comment about my sad past - thanks for the kind words :)

Probably constipated.....my DS went through that when he was in public schools. He was having constant belly pains. Dr did x-rays in the office and told me he was very constipated. Even though he was doing # 2 daily, he was still backed up. Milk of Magnesia fixed it over night!
