Yesterday we went to the V’s house for Mr.V’s birthday, and so we got to ride Horses a long time- Here is a lot of pictures.
Kate was helping Katrina saddle up Shandy, the little pony.

This is the Horse I rode all afternoon, his name is Buddy, and his nickname is soda.
I had a really hard time getting up on his back from those boots, so i changed into tennees.
I had a lot of fun…
and everyone else.

For some reason Shandy really liked Dad.

It was finally time to ride back to take off the saddles.
Kate and Jessica riding Shoestring bareback to the pasture.

And then Mr.V leading Rustina back to the pasture.
After that we went in and had Cake and Ice cream, visited for a while then headed back home.
I am not very saddle sore because I had a padded saddlle. 
All the horses are old, so the very first time that Buddy ran, I was holding on for dear life (I was in a smallish field) and finally when he came to the gate he stopped, and when Rebecca checked on me (Buddy is Rebecca’s horse, and Shoestring is Jessica’s horse.) she saw that the cinch was really really loose, and if he didn’t have his backbone sticking up, I would have fallen off and got seriously hurt. :-\
