TODAY
Today we went to church to have an art class and it was fun!!
And instead of using a brush i used my fingers because i wanted to get really in to it!! I also went for a walk this morning and I felt great, so my advice would be to get up an hour or a half an hour earlyer than when you start shcool (or you could do it as a nature walk) and do a mile or two and you could not belive how much better you might fell then if you diden't walk!!
Well got to go we are having gest and I need to get ready!!
