"Oh, the Bible! To be sure, it says a great many such things; but, then, nobody ever thinks of doing them... nobody does. ~Henrique St. Clare, Uncle Tom's Cabin
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, I thought that I should take a break from attacking our corrupted media for a change. I'm going to write on something completely different this time, something new. I'm going to write about the sad failure of a great and strong race, the race who call themselves Christians.

---------------------------------------------

Don't get me wrong, I am a 'Christian', and I believe in God, that he created the world, and that his son is Jesus, and that he died for me on Calvary, to take away my sins.

But I also believe that Satan is strong, and that he has many resources.

From the beginning, Satan has attacked God, as stated in the Bible. When he realized that attacking God doesn't pay off, he went for a new type of attack, an attack against God's children, an attack that pays off a little better for him.

Satan has worked, and created many new types of 'Religions', one of the most destructive to the Christians being Mormonism. But Satan does not just attack Christians by making false religions. He also attacks them from the inside. He made a new religion, and the religion is called, 'Christianity', if you follow me.

There are four types of Christianity, and I will list each of them, so that you know what I am speaking of later in this post.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. The first type of Christianity is the Christians who say, "I am a Christian, so vote for me Tuesday!"

The first type of Christianity says, "I'm a Christian, just so that the world will think better of me, and so that the Christians will think I'm a great person.

2. The second type of Christian is the Plastic Christian. "I have a Jesus T-Shirt, and Jesus music, so I'm obviously a Christian!". The second type says, "Since I have Jesus merchandise, that must mean that I am a Christian, so I can go to heaven!"

3. The third type of Christian is the one who has gone to Sunday school all his or her life, and knows all the Bible stories, and has said with his lips, "I love God, please come into my heart". This type of Christian pretty-much believes, "Since I go to church, I'm saved!"

4. The fourth type of Christian says, "I believe in God, and I love him with my heart. I am so inspired by the greatness of God and his love for me, that I will follow him with all my heart, mine, and soul!"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

The fourth Christian is a true Christian, the true follower of God. The other three are not true Christians.

Satan has morphed even the Christians themselves, so that they are not truly following God, but him. It is sad, because these people believe that they are going to heaven, and that they're following God, yet if they're only considering themselves Christians because they go to church, or wear a bracelet that says WWJD on it, then they are not truly following God, but instead, believing Satan's lies.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The true Christian's nightmare is confronting a Mormon about faith. I will explain...

A Mormon has very very very high morals. They know how to be humble, modest, joyful, dedicated, peaceful, etc.

A Christian must live a very very very pure life to confront a Mormon and say, "Your religion is not the true one."

The Mormon religion is very similar to the Christian one. Satan morphed the Christian religion into Mormonism, and that is why it's so similar to Christianity.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Satan has attacked us Christians, so that so many people go out and say, "I am a Christian", not caring what type of lifestyle they are living.

So, I personally know three men who say, "I am a Christian,", and yet, at home, chew tobacco.

I can list three 'Christian' women who wear low-cut shirts and dresses every other week to church or at home. And unfortunately, two of these 'Christian' women are married, and one is about to be married.

Another place where I find a source of false Christians is on TV. A very famous singer, Jordin Sparks, claims to be a Christian, and yet she can't resist wearing a low-cut dress while on TV.

And then...

Enter the Mormons to make the Christian battle harder...

While we have these 'Christians' messing up all over the place, not only in their homes, but on national TV, we have Mormons living a pure, perfect lifestyle.

Brooke White, my favorite American Idol contestant, is a Mormon. I have carefully watched her since Hollywood week, and I have not seen one bit of her body. She is very careful about how modest she is.

David Archuleta, another Mormon/American Idol contestant, is very humble, happy, peaceful, pure... unlike alot of Christians I know.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We as Christians need to take a stand. We need to stop living for ourselves. You might think that it doesn't matter if you mess up, and that no one will see, but they are wrong. People will see. They are not only hurting themselves, but all Christians.

We cannot let the Mormons come out and win over the world with their religion, because it is not true! If we live our lifestyles in worldly ways, will the world be blown away by us? Will they want to switch to Christianity?

We as Christians need to do better than this. We need to grow up, and take the responsibility that it takes to show the world that our faith is the one true faith, and that our God is the one true God.

I'll end my post with a challenge. Which Christian are you? Are you a Christian just because you go to church? Are you a Christian because you know all the hymns, because you wear Icthus Fish earrings? Are you a Christian who gives in to the twisting lies of Satan?

Or are you a Christian who follows God, and lives your life purely, so that the world may know that we are Christians?

Which are you?

---------------------------------------------------------------------

One last thing. If you are a Mormon, and are viewing this blog, please note that I am not attacking you, nor do I think you are evil. I am just stating facts on Mormonism in general. I am not picking on any one person.

We all know that because she was the only one who had it.
Last night I puked 1 time and than in the middle of the night I puked 4 times. I'm feeling a little better. But I'm still sick. I don't know why but, every thing smells like caramel in the house. It makes me feel worse. lol!

Good post! Very well done, you hit the nail on the head, to coin the common phrase! I know it also makes life more difficult for true Christians when they see someone who professes the faith, but still follows the world. Honestly, it is easier for me to meet a non-believer! At least then I will guard myself better and be in no danger of being led astray by honeyed words.
I try to daily examine myself, to test my faith, to re-commit my life to God. I know how easily I could let my faith fall into disrepair, and be one of the first 3, without even knowing it. I pray that may never happen! Like in The Silver Chair, remember when the underground witch is trying to cast her spell? And Jill thinks she feels it getting a hold on her, but Lewis says that whenever you are most aware of a spell, you are in the least danger of it enchanting you. So true! Thank you for that post!

Yes, Nick, Calvin effects your comments quite a lot! You have a great avatar... But don't feel bad at not accepting; I don't mind at all! I totally understand, too, awards and tags can take up a lot of time! (Is your favorite color really gold?) Anyway, you deserve the award! :-)

Awesome entry!
I saw a wee bit of media attacking, though.
And political slam's.
The political slam's were miniscule, though.
Oh, I have a weird coincidence,
I'm on vacation right now.
We go every year about this time because most of my family's birthday's are in May, including mine.
In the subject of subject's,
Hmmmmmmm....We could talk about politics?
I may be starting an argument,
but I do enjoy "debating" (A fancy word for fighting in lower tone's, and not exchanging insults (During the debate, not after) in my view).

Right on!
Alright then.....
before I guess...
Republican or Democrat?
Without knowing that....
Either Clinton or McCain for you.
As for the media attacking,
I classified the comment's on American Idol and/ or
Jordan Sparks as a medial attack.

(I don't know if it's the same for you,
but every time someone edits a comment on my blog,
I am riddled with curiosity about what was wrong with their first post,
So, the reason I edited this one was because I misread you're
comment and wrote a really random comment back).

I like Sayesha too. It's a shame that she's not all that popular.
I know. Poor Brooke. She was sobbing when she got off. At least she gets to go on tour!
You post very well, Nick! I just read your new post. Good job.

Oh, come on!
That is so not fair.
You knew I believed in global warming
(Which for some (Messed up) reason automatically makes me a democrat).
Alright, fine.
John McCain.

Also, (Let the debate begin)
Where did you hear Obama's wife was anti-American?
No doubt his (Old, assuming I heard right) pastor
was, but didn't he stop going to his church?

Secondly,
well, seeing that Bush did such a great job (That was sarcastic. That's the problem with writing sarcastically, I have yet to find a font that drips sarcasm),
I think track record's would be the main thing you should look for in a candidate.
(Okay, sorry to mess up the debate feel, but candidate
is a weird word for such a serious meaning. It sounds like candy date. Sorry once again. I promise to be serious from now on.)

One thing I need clarification on:
Do you support Bush?
Also,
What party are you leaning towards?
I'm guessing Republican (My parent's are Democratic,
Which is one reason I am, but only one reason),
Really, I'm hoping Republican.
I think it might add to magical debate fun.

I'll take that as a "Yes, I do support Bush.".

And no, my parents aren't in high government positions.
What I'm wondering now is what gave you that idea.
My sister just said that perhaps you think I'm a spy.
Red handed!
I'm am a spy for Darth Vadar, for sure.
(Also, no offense taken.)

I commend you for coming up with such a nice way of saying
"You are so wrong.".
I do know what I am saying.
(I feel like adding a "Hmph!" there.)
And I was talking about the war.
It's all his fault.
Justice's or otherwise.
(Need I even mention his father and his need to distribute WMD to unstable dictators?)

I'm for Obama because he would be best for the planet.
I stand strong on that subject.

I agreed, it does make it more fun.
But, come on.
This wouldn't be a real debate if we each didn't have strong belief's that we were right.

Hey! You sound like my brother. Do you know him? You should look at his blog.

My brother even has the same views about political and theological things that you do. And his name is Nick. You look a lot like him. And your templates are eerily alike.

He has the same friends as you do. I guess you both are popular in the same 'social' areas. By the way...

Do you have a sister named Emily?

In Christ,
Emily
