Where Did You Get Those Bells?

The Bells

Tamara, over at Training Hearts, has asked me to share, “Where did I get the bells?”

See the post, Hear The Bells.

They actually belong to a friend of mine and I am not sure where she got them. But I do know that here in Canberra they are available from Little Red Engine, a children’s toy and educational shop.

My friend said she has also seen them at Aldi’s, a no-frills grocery store. The quality may not be as good but they are half the normal price, so worth the buy. She paid one hundred dollars many years ago.  I think Aldi’s had them on sale for around twenty dollars, and Little Red Engine, fifty dollars.

The only difference is the material they are made from. The more expensive ones are obviously better quality. Unless you are performing on tour with the bells, I don’t think it will really matter that much.

I did a quick Google with the title, ‘coloured musical bells’ and here is what I found available from the States:

Handbells and Deskbells

Kids Handbell Set

Musical Hand Bells

Musical Hand Bells

If you live in Australia, try the stores mentioned above, or this link:
