Respite? Sabbatical? Uhh...No. Survival.
First the rained knocked out out phone connection. Then my computer went kuh-poot. So was without either for almost a week. I felt like a kid who's lost his blankie or favorite teddy bear.
AAAAHHHH!!!!
But I survived.
Wonder of wonders.
And I am back. Wheew. I thought I was a goner there for a moment.
Turned out our phone connection box is buried in a swamp up the road, so every time it rains...like it has all week long...the swamp floods and there goes our phone connection. Yeah. Fun. And as for my computer...they said it had a bad wireless card, so they replaced it. Which I don't understand cause I don't even have wireless interent, so what's the wireless card for?? But really, I don't care...it works and so long as it works, I am happy.
Other than that...I had a nice week, even without my compy. On Wednesday, I started treating a wart on my left hand...at least I think its a wart. I really don't know. But that's what it looks like, and I have had it for several years. So I have had bits of banana taped to it since then. Oh, man! Does that smell! I have changed it twice a day (for those of you who might think I've kept the same piece of banana on my hand for almost a week...Nuh-uh!), but those of you who know me well will know that I despise bananas. So this is torture. Every time I go to scratch my face with that hand, it smells like *shivers* b.a.n.a.n.a. 
. Oyyucksh! But...the wierd-thing-that-I-call-a-wart seems to be getting smaller. So hopefully it will soon disappear all together and I can get rid of this banana wrap.
Anyways. Like you really wanted to know that.
Got to watch the movie, "Hidalgo", um when was that? Last week? No, two weekends ago. Anywho, watched it and loved it! It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Also, Dad and Mom bought "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium"!!!! *Ecstatic* So Love that movie!!!
I have another set of pictures to post of Gordie and Gracie, as soon I get them uploaded...so cute! But I'm not telling what they are about! hehe! So just stay tuned. ;)

that's odd about the phone thing. Jordan and her family had a tree struck by lightning in their front yard and it knocked out everything: phone, internet, and satellite. weird, huh? i've never lost internet or phone due to weather, although we do tend to lose electricity. *rollseyes*

I only got two books there. The Visitation by Frank Peretti and Amusing Ourselves to Death by Neil Postman. Never been to the Edinboro library although I've been to Edinboro half a gazillion times in the past year.
Yes, I'd like that very much! Some of them are already my friends, but I still would like that. I HATE messaging people, asking to be friends. I hate it. lol
I miss you too. But hey ... archery camp is this weekend ... lalalalala ...

It's this weekend. (archery camp) Saturday starting at 9 am thru Sunday at 3 pm.
