The Yankees held an impromptu Home Run Derby in a 16-3 win over the White Sox on Tuesday. Alex Rodriguez went hitless to stay at 499 homers, but New York clubbed eight long balls to tie a team record.

Bobby Abreu, Hideki Matsui X 2, Johnny Damon, Jorge Posada, Melky Cabrera, Robinson Cano, and Shelley Duncan. I watched, It was great, A-Rod said he felt left out, but the win and the record was awesome! Jeter, Rodriguez, Phillips, and Cairo were the only 4 who didn't homer (Jeter and A-Rod and Abreu got benched)
