The Hunt for the Hyrulian Shield Part 2

By Nik Doriot

When we last left Ingo he had just got the sages to kill two of the three thieves. “Don’t kill me please I am begging you” said Majora. Ingo held a grudge against him for kidnapping him. Ingo said to the sages “kill him SHOW NO MERCY.” The sages then killed him just like he told them to. Majora went to the afterlife. Majora told the gatekeeper his story. The gatekeeper took pity on his killing for vengeance and sent Majora down with added powers from the afterlife. Ingo then walked around the well looking for a way in. Majora then came down from the sky and tiptoed up to Ingo and shoved him down the well. Ingo then fell for at least 50 feet and passed out when he hit the ground. He then layed there motionless for hours at end.

When we last left Ingo he was laying motionless at the bottom of the well. Ingo then woke up from his little coma. He had many brusies and cuts. But luckily a medicine doctor came up and found him. The doctor took him back to her hut and healed him in 10 days. By now everyone in the village was searching franticly for him and the other kids ran away. The people gave up there search the next day. Now back to Ingo. He had just asked where the shield was. The doctor said it was a mystical item holding great power only the pure of heart can use it. But everyone can get it. She then told him that her sister had tried to get it. She left her shield here. Ingo asked “Can I have the shield?” The witch then said sure here you go. Ingo then got a shield not the one he was looking for but a good one nonetheless. The doctor then told him he should find a weapon before going to get the hyrulian shield. He then decided he would go get the sword before getting the hyrulian shield. To Be Continued In The Search for the Sword part 1

When we last left Ingo he was getting ready to go out of the well. Ingo found a hidden ladder in the wall. He climbed up the ladder. It was a long ladder. He got up the ladder in three hours. He was walking to the fire he saw, just straight forward. The fire was actually a ghost in disguise. The ghost frightened Ingo. Ingo threw his shield at it and killed it. The ghost dropped some shiny stuff. Ingo said, “AWESOME!!!!!!!” and it was indeed. He then got his map out and found his way to the rock. This rock was on fire. There was a shop set up next to it. Ingo asked the shop owner why this rock was on fire. The shop keep said, “This rock was set on fire a long time ago by the sages.” Ingo said “really?” The shop keep said, “Yeah really.” Ingo thought it was cool they could set a rock on fire. The shop keep then explained why he set up shop here, “The reason I set up shop here is because in legend the hero of time sealed his blade in this rock and got the sages to set it on fire. You have to have three things to get the sword. First thing you need are pants. Second you need a shield. Last you need a piece of the quiforce.” Ingo said he had the first two he wasn’t sure about the last one. The shop keep then gave link a bucket of water in exchange for some of the shiny things he got. Link then walked up to the rock and dumped it on it. The rock fizzled out. The shop keep was stunned that it went out. Ingo saw that his hand was glowing like it had when the king and his daughter had came to his village. The sword then flew into his hand and he went on to get the shield. When he got there he saw the sister mad at the other one for giving her shield to Ingo. He went in the house and said he would give her the hyrulian shield if she let him use her shield to get it. She said sure. Ingo went on he found a hyrulian paint set he painted the normal shield like the hyrulian shield. He went forward but got to a room he couldn’t get through. He thought a way to get past the spiked floor. He saw a switch an hit it. The spikes flew to the ceiling except it wouldn’t go back down. He saw a lone ladder he propped it up against the wall that stood in front of him and a hole appeared in the wall he climbed up the ladder.

When we last left our hero he had just solved the mystery of the spiked floor room. Ingo said outloud ,” Why the HECK would they put a spiked floor in a cave.” A ghost then came through the floor and said, “I have a better question for you. Why would they put a cave on top of many peoples graves?” Ingo jumped back in fright and drew his sword. He said, “Who are you?” The ghost said that his name was Talon. He was the great grandfather of the princess. Then Ingo put back his sword and came closer. The ghost said, “ No, NO don’t come any closer.” Ingo asked why. The ghost said that this was part of the graveyard at one time. Do you see those symbols on the ground do not step on them unless you want to die. Ingo got scared. He didn’t like the fact that he was walking on other peoples graves. The ghost instructed him to go and find the grave marker and the slingshot. Ingo asked where he could find this stuff. The ghost said that it was in the middle of the dungeon filled with ghosts and gravediggers.

When we last left Ingo he was talking to a strange ghost named Talon. The ghost talked to him for another hour just telling him what to do. Ingo went to sleep while the ghost was talking. The ghost shook Ingo awake and gave him a map. Ingo asked, “What is this map for anyways?” The ghost, Talon said, “It is a map to the cave we are in.“ Ingo said, “Thanks but it looks like it is only half way finished.” The ghost said that there were three other pieces of it scattered around the cave he had only been able to find one piece. He then said that one of the pieces has the treasure room on it. Ingo asked ,“What is the treasure room?” The ghost said that it was where the royal family placed there treasures they had found when they were in rule. Ingo thought he should try to find that one first because he is a treasure hog. The ghost disappeared at that thought he left behind the grave marker with a note here is the note

“Dear Ingo

I found this earlier but decided to freak you out by telling you it was in the room with all the ghosts. Keep this with you at all times unless you want to die by stepping on graves.

Sincerely,

Talon"

When we last left our hero he was reading a note left by a ghost. “Well I am glad I only have to get one thing” said Ingo. Ingo walked forward and came across a gigaflops with a giant sword and a crazy face like he was ready to kill someone. Ingo was scared of what he would do to him if the thing caught him. Ingo saw a barrel next to him and hid in it. He tried to walk but he went really slow. He then saw the gigaflops get out a prisoner and kill him. At that moment he promised himself the second he got the shield he would come back and kill him. Then two people came out and started to fight they were clearly brothers. Ingo hopped out of his barrel to try to get them to stop so they wouldn’t get caught. At that moment the gigaflops saw them and captured them and put them in a jail cell in a dungeon. There was a table and a couple chairs and a bookshelf with nothing in it. There was a couple of pots on the bookshelf and that was it. Ingo introduced himself to them. The brother was the other boys older brother and his name was Nik. The other boy was the younger sibling and his name was Gus . They then talked about how they got here and that they had two other siblings that turned down the road of killing and thievery there names were Jake and Isabelle. They also said that there family owns a bomb shop in kakori village. He then realized who they were he said, “You are the Brothers Doriot.” They said at the same time, “Yep! How did you know?” Ingo said, “I live in kakori village. I have heard many stories of you and your adventures. Why were you fighting out there?” They said, “We were mad at each other because we had stayed together so long and hadn’t had anything to do in many years.” Ingo said, “That does sound boring.” They said that it was extremely boring. Ingo asked how did there siblings get turned down the path of evil. They said, “They were always evil at heart and during on of there missions from the king they killed the king and stole his crown. Now they think that they are king and queen they have locked up the princess. Why we where there we learned that the princesses name was Malon. If you ever go to the castle whatever you do don’t get caught or listen to the so called king.” Ingo said he would probably go there someday. They all then rested the night away because it was the first time they had rested in along time. To Be Continued in The Shield Dungeon part four.

Today we had a homehealth care nurse come to our house. She is not my favorite nurse.

The Dungeon

By Nik Doriot

When we last left Ingo. he was talking to Link. Ingo was ready to go through the dungeon or so he thought. Ingo walked up to the dungeon door but it wouldn’t open. Link then laughed and said. “You need the dodango sword and the hyrule shield.” Ingo then said. “ Where the heck am I supposed to get those around here.” Link said that he had lost his somewhere around here. Ingo asked where. Link then said. “I remember losing my sword around a fiery boulder and my shield somewhere under ground. Link then gave Ingo a map. Link then pointed out where he had lost his stuff. He had lost the shield around the northwest corner of the graveyard. Oddly enough there was a well in that corner. Link then said that he had lost his sword in the north eastern part of the graveyard . There was a hut there. Ingo then set of for the shield.

The Search for the Shield

By Nik Doriot

When we last left our hero he was heading for the Hyrulian Shield. Ingo walked through the dense jungle of gravestones and dead bodies. He finally saw a clearing. He ran toward the clearing but it was actually a trap placed there by the thieves. The thieves had put the net there because they didn’t want anyone to know that they were stealing stuff from the dead. Ingo decided that it would be best to hide because he didn’t have a weapon. The thieves came back because they heard a noise. When they saw him they laughed and introduced themselves. There were three of them. “My name is Majora”, said one of them. One of the other ones said, “My name is Cloud.” The last one said, “My name is Turk.” They then took Ingo to their house where they were planning on killing him. Ingo decide to play some music on the instrument that Link gave him. He then played Malon’s lullaby. The gate from the sage world had opened. The sages were coming to help him! When the sages got there Ingo then believed Link. It turns out that Ingo played the song wrong and got the gangsta sages. The gangsta sages then preceded in rapping while poppin caps into the thieves butts. Two of the thieves were killed. The one that survived was Majora. He was pretty hard because I accidently kept on healing him. The second boss was an egg called sunnycide like how some people like there eggs. Sunnycide was pretty easy easier thatn swiggler. I am now on the gritzy dessert. I haven't really played it in a while. Completely off topic but people please post a comment pleease. That is it.

Its'a me

Posted at 2:11 PM on Jan. 20, 2006

I am going to write here from now on. Well to start it off I wrote a story today it is not yet finnished and there are 2 chapters here they are

The beginning

by nik doriot

Once upon a time there was a hero. He was a hero of time but he didn’t know it yet. There had been many heroes of time before him one of them had saved the entire world not once but three times his name was Link. The hero of time in this story’s name is Ingo. Ingo was still in school he was in the 8th grade at that time he was studying about Link he hated having to study about him. Ingo’s school let out and he went home he lived in Kakori Village. It was a small town only five people lived in the village because it was near the country’s graveyard and there had been reports that the ghost of long dead families stalked the people that lived around the grave yard. The truth is that people who lived around the graveyard were just fine as long as they didn’t go into the graveyard. One day Ingo had a party and invited all of his friends but only 3 came. They played truth or dare and it was Ingo’s turn he chose dare one of his friends dared him to go to the grave yard he then remembered what his dad told him. His dad told him to never go into the grave yard. He said to his friend …

To be continued in chapter 2

here is chapter 2

The Grave Yard

By Nik Doriot

When we last left our hero he was having a party it was his turn in truth or dare. Ingo said “lets go.” The other kids said “you have to go by yourself.” Then Ingo said “awww come on are you guys afraid.” Then the kids said that he had to go by himself. So he went on the way there he had to go thru a labryinth designed to keep people out of the grave yard. He made it out in an hour because he found a map on the wall and wrote it down. When he got there he met a person named Link. Link said he had been there since his dad was born and that made no sense to Ingo because this was the same Link that saved the world three times. Link knew that Ingo was the next hero of time so he gave Ingo the ocarina of time and taught him a song the song was Malon’s Lullaby. Link told Ingo to play this whenever he was in trouble and the sages would come and help him out. Ingo said “ooooooooookaaaaay freak” Ingo did not believe that this was true but took it any way because it was shiny. Link then told Ingo that there wasn’t any way out except through a dungeon that had been placed here long before he was born.

It took me 2 days to write both of those. Yesterday after we finished school we watch a lot of movies completely off subject but here is a dancing weiner Hehehe the best kind off weiner is a dancing one. Right now I am playing Animal Crossing:Wild World, Mario and Luigi:Partners in Time, and Nintendogs all supplied by my local EB games. In Animal Crossing you move in to a town inhabited by animals and you have to make enough money (or bells ) to pay off your house loan and it is just a never ending game. I think I am going to see End of the Spear today. Well that is all I have to write goodbye.

Signed,

Nik
