Library Day

So, this is our homeschooling blog.  I'm hoping to keep with this so that while my dh is deployed he will be able to keep up with our school work without having to have extensively long phone calls and emails...

Somedays, we can't seem to get out the door for the library!  I have the goal of us accomplishing all our work except writing and history and yet, it's 11:30am and we are STILL at home!  However, we are dressed and chores are done and so is some of our school work.

Trying to make sure that all the kids get attention for each subject, espeically the older ones literally drives me nuts on days like this.

And let's not mention the noise level.  My oldest daughter, Bear, loves to play piano - and rather play than do anything else.  So, she gets angry when I say, "No", because I can't handle the noise level.  Neither can the oldest, Monster, he too hates noise.  It literally makes the 2 of us crazy with anger...

So, as soon as Monster finishes his math, we are out the door (I hope...)
