Beautiful moments captured!
There is something very beautiful about sisterhood. I know God does not give everyone sisters in the flesh, but if you are given one or more, you can relate to what I am saying. I have two sisters whom I love very much and need in my life. We are all different and God has placed us on different paths in our lives but I am glad to say that they both love the Lord. One is is Tenn. and the other in Miami Fl., so we do not get to enjoy each other's company very often. In fact, I have not seen my sister from Miami in a couple of years. God has blessed my husband and I with five daughters. These are pictures of Jeni and Mandy our two oldest daughters. These pictures are so precious to me, really beyond words, because they have loved each other but have never been very close. They have different personalities but such similar passions in God. The love to worship and work with youth etc.. My DH and I have prayed for years that they would grow to be best friends, not necessary, just our heart's desire for them. Ever since Jeni got back from Africa they have been together more than ever. Hanging out, having fun, going to college Bible study together etc.. About 3 weeks ago Mandy and Jeni took a walk down to the water to watch another of our beautiful sunsets. When they got home, Mandy came and sat by me and showed me these pictures on her camera. I was stunned with joy and my eyes filled with tears as I knew that God had melded their hearts together and our prayers had been answered. It has been beautiful to see them together and to watch their joy. We knew God would make this relationship what He wanted it to be, in His time, and we are thankful for His faithfulness to a parents prayer. What joy we have in our loving God, the Creator and sustainer of all families and all precious relationships within them. Oh how I praise Him!

Awww, now you have me in tears. How beautiful! Such a good looking family you have. Those a pictures worth framing!
In regards to 4-H, we have been off & on with memberships with different clubs. We belonged to a horseless group for a couple of years and learned about horse, but bought horses & didn't need that group anymore. Then we joined a group started with our homeschoool co-op, but was mostly of younger little kids and I was overly busy & we needed to cut some of our committments - so we have been independents this year and it worked very well for us. The girls are mostly just interested in doing the fair and getting ribbons anyways, lol. I gave them the option that they could rejoin that group as some older kids are involved in it now and I'm less stressed, but they haven't decided yet. We want to start a nursing home ministry soon, so that may be all the extras we can handle right now. Being Independent's worked well for us, but now I have to keep on top of things as far as when things are due for the fair & renewing our membership - I don't have anyone reminding me - which can be a chore in itself. lol
Have a Blessed Day!!!!

Those are beautiful pictures capturing their love for each other. I can see why you were so happy when your daughter showed them to you.
When my third child was born (and it was a girl) I had a sister-in-law that commented to me that it was too bad that Rachel and Becky (10 years older) would never be close because of their age difference. For some reason I always remember her saying that. She was wrong. Rachel is Becky's best friend. She has her over to her house all the time and they do stuff together like go shopping at antique stores. Rachel is very mature for her age so I am sure that helps the age gap. Their values are the same and I'm sure that helps, too. Their personalities are complimentary to each other also. God has been so good. He is not limited by age gaps to create good friends and relationships within a family.
That is a blessing you have two sisters. I never had one but I have enjoyed having three daughters.
