I've realized that I'll never keep up with doing reviews like I was originally going to do..so instead, I'll do entries that contain a song that God has used in my life, along with some info about the artist, and a clip of it.

Casting Crowns is an amazing band, totally on fire for the Lord, without comprimise. They have 3 CDs out right now, plus 3 live versions of those. This song is sort of the story of my life.. I have several friends (close friends) who are unsaved... some of which believe that they are. This song is an awesome song.

I recently got the Tenth Avenue North CD called "Over and Underneath." I really like it. So, until I can find the video of the other song I was going to post, I'm going to post one of my favorites from that album...I chose By Your Side, but I love the whole CD. So here ya go. ;)

Burn Us Up - Shane & Shane

I recently was convinced by Melissa to buy Shane & Shane's newest CD, "Pages." Now, up to this point I had only heard a few of their songs on the radio. I liked what I heard, but never got around to getting a CD. I think I expected them to be too mellow for my taste. But I bought it..and it was worth it! I have really enjoyed the CD. The first song I "fell in love with" is called "Burn Us Up."

This is a great clip from a concert of theirs where they talk about the inspiration for the song, etc..only thing, it doesn't have the whole song, so I'm putting a second clip below that has the whole song.
