Hello! We are going full speed like always. Summer is coming to a close and I feel we have ended the season with some wonderful memories. Now headed towards the fall....ideas and plans run through my mind, but I struggle to know how to make them happen. Every week I say "now we will start school" but, alas life happens and no formal sit down schooling happens. I am so thankful that life is a learning experience and I don't have to fret...time for writing and arithmetic will come.

Now the crazy news....are you ready?

No, I am not pregnant....

We got a cow! A Jersey milk cow and boy is she a bugga to milk. Don't get me wrong she is as sweet as can be, but goats are much easier to milk. However is is worth it for that fresh cream and yummy raw milk.

MMMMMM.......

So between cow and life in general that should be crazy enough, right? Wrong.

We have been trying to sell our house for a while now ...and have really only had a few nibbles. Well, yesterday a guy called and he asked if we would be able to be out of our home in ten days!!!!!!!

We have not accepted his offer yet. We have to figure out the numbers and see if they are good enough to get us into the land we want to buy. There are 15 beautiful acres that we really want to buy and build on, that is why we are trying to sell. We will see what the Lord has in mind for us. It may be off to trailer living for me here soon!

I will keep you all in the know.

Congratulations. That must be exciting. I hope that the numbers work out so you can buy the land. I hope that we can do that sometime soon in the future.
