Welcome to Sewing Central How may I help you?
Last week our dining room table was laid seige to. by what? SEWING MACHINES!!! Our machines were pulled out, stashes were dived into, and beautiful creations were poured out. Here is a slideshow of my projects, and now, you see what I look like. :) I made so many things, it was so much fun! Sewing with my mom and my sister. I don't have alot of time to post, and, I will be very busy the next few weeks, so, this will be my last post until the second week of July. I will miss you all, and will see you soon!

Well, I am here. We are on summer break, so hopefully I will have more time to post. I need a favour from you all =) If you have a blog ad, could you please give me the code if you don't have it out? Happy Birthday Miss Jocelyn!!
Dear Miss Jocylyn,
I wish you a very happy birthday. I have planned a lovely party for you in the English countryside, so let us get our cloaks and bonnets and let us be off! I must mention, though, that I am wearing my Pride and Prejudice dress that I made in October. Go Here to find it.

I know you have not had time to sew your own yet, so you may wear one of these until you get yours made J Well, now that we are all properly attired let us go now, and get to the place of your party!
Ahh, how beautiful it looks. One of those lovely groves of trees down there serves as our spot, let’s go! It looks to be such a lovely day. I hope your party tomorrow is just as lovely as all your fantasy ones. =)
Well, here we are, it looks so nice. Look at all the wildflowers! This is a perfect place to set up our picnic. I do hope you like it. You have done so much for me, I am so excited to give you the party I wish that I could. I really wish that I could be there tomorrow!! Before the food is served, we shall have a lovely time, walking around, and being in the company of all our lovely blogger friends. We can have some board games, and simply enjoy each other’s company.
Well, time to eat! It looks like we have a very lovely picnic, with all kinds of different foods. Some lovely looking sandwiches, mmmhh, some strawberries, and other fruits and vegetables. Dig in!! I have also gotten us some lovely lemonade, I do love fresh squeezed lemonade!!!! While we eat our lunch we can play some more games, and then for the rest of the afternoon we can wade in the creek that I found nearby.
Well, now that we have finished eating, let’s go on to the entertainment!! I have found this lovely hall for us to dance the night away. I know you love dancing, and I do hope you like it!
I invited a few more people, but I don’t know if you can see them. You shall have to dance for a while before you find them =) Well, we have all been dancing for a while, let’s move on to the cake! I hope you like strawberries and chocolate, they are my favourite! This one is rather small, so I have many of these cakes for all your blogger friends!
Well, now it is time for the last activity of the evening, presents!!!! I do hope you like it, I like my pen and ink set, I hope you enjoy it too! It is perfect for writing letters to friends far away.
Jocelyn, I do hope you have enjoyed your party. You are such a wonderful friend and inspiration to me. We have not talked as often as I have liked, and my blogging has been very bad indeed lately, but I will try to get back to a regular blogging so I can keep in contact with you again. Ok... I really have to get back to blogging.
Hi! I am such a bad blogger. We have been really busy these last few weeks though. It was Easter, and then spring break, and this last week has been a whirlwind! I do miss you all though. I want to redo my template, and make a permanent one. I think it will be flowery, and I think that I have an idea that I really like, but I don’t know. My momma and my sister also want me to redo their templates, so I will do that too. We are leaving to go for a week with our friends, and then to a conference on Friday to Sunday. HEY! You all don’t know that we are reps for Lamplighter Publishing! Well, my mom became one after years of waiting, so I go with her, and this time, because our conference is pretty far away, me, and my siblings are going with her. It will be fun, and I can’t wait to visit our friends! That will be super fun, because we are going to my grandparents place about 3 hrs. North of where we live. It will be kinda cold, but it will still be a great 4 days of walks, playing in icy cold creeks, and tons of other great stuff. I like going with these particular friends, because I am the oldest, and they are homeschooled too, I don’t feel like I have to always act 14, I can act 12 or 13 and not care. This weekend will be spent helping my brother write his major huge state report, packing me, and my siblings, and being substitute mommy because my mommy is gone on our church women’s retreat. So I am enjoying this evening as something for me, and I will spend Saturday being responsible, lol. But, I think that I have rambled on for a long time. I am writing this in Word, and I just checked the word count :326. That is almost as long as my essay that took me a gazillion hours to write. I wish that I could write my school essays as fast as I can write blog entries. I have written this in about ½ hour. I could have written it even faster, but my fingers won’t fly as fast as I want them too, even though I am pretty sure that I can type fairly fast. Well, I have to go take a shower, maybe try to get some packing done, and put my clothes away, as well as tidy up the kitchen. Well I will see you all in about a week and a half. When I get back I will try to get a real schedule going, and revamp my template. Comment me lots when I am gone!!!

Eeek!!
I am terrible sorry that I didn't post sooner. It has been exactly a month since my last post. I have been so busy, I haven't had time to post. I have had time to look at all my friends updates, but alas, I have been too lazy to comment. Because this week is spring break for me, I hope I will have a little more time to blog a bit.
I don't really know what else to say, without making this alonger post. Maybe I will go work on my upcoming set of posts. I think I will do that. I am just getting tired of looking at the same post!

It's been a while....
Hello! I am SO sorry that I haven't posted in so long. I just got busy, and I forgot yesterday because I was hanging out with my brother all day. Speaking of which, he got a blog! I designed the template and helped him start out. He is sportsboy98 he is really excited about this, so if you go and leave him a comment he would be so pleased! I don't really have much to say, I am trying to work on my daily life posts that I mentioned a while back, but it might be a while before I get it out. I don't have any tags or anything. Party ~ Last Days of the Challenge ~ Some Other Stuff
Hello, Happy Valentines Day!
I would also like to say Happy Birthday to Rose. She is 15 today, I would just love to say that you are such a great friend, and I always love reading all your posts, they are so well thought out and God-honouring. I look forward to knowing you better! I did so want to post a picture of a tea party we had this summer, but my mommy is very busy tonight and the pic is on her computer, so I will leave you with this picture:

Next, My Valentines Day. Well, I woke up and started doing my normal stuff, along with getting my valentines ready and trying to send an e-card but hallmark.com wouldn’t work, because it was so full! I finally got one to send, I have to send more after I write this. Then, my daddy came into my room and surprised me with some BEAUTIFUL flowers and chocolates. He asked if I would be his valentine J I love my daddy so much, and I know that I did have 2 valentines that day, my daddy here, and my abba father. Aren’t the flowers beautiful? 
My sister got the same kinds, and my mommy got beautiful red and yellow variegated tulips, along with another bouquet of daisies and roses. I got valentines from my siblings and a new body pillow from my mommy It is very soft and fuzzy and light pink. I did NOT expect any of this, so it was even more special. Usually we will get a new book for Valentines, but these were so wonderful. How do you celebrate Valentines Day, if at all?
Next, the rest of my week in skirts. I really had a fun time with this, and I am sort of sad to see it end. Well, Here is my Tuesday outfit: One of my very favourite skirts by far, I got it on sale from Limited Too for about $8,. My shirt is from Kohl’s, and then, I forgot to take a pic before I showered that night for our bible study, so underneath is the shirt that I wore for most of the day.

Next, is Wed. outfit. This skirt is special to me, because, I made it! I got the fabric a long time ago because I REALLY loved it. I got a skirt pattern book for Christmas, so I decided to make this. My shirt is from Old Navy I got it for Christmas. I just love this skirt because it swishes so nicely, and it makes me feel SO girly! Then, for church that night, I changed into my jean skirt, 1), because it was cold, and I didn’t want to take a chance of getting my skirt dirty, 2) because; I was scared. I wasn’t sure how people would react to my wearing such a nice skirt, because in my church, Most people don’t even wear skirts for Sundays, just jeans. I still have problems with worrying about what people think of me. But I still enjoyed it.

Today, I wore my blue skirt, with a pink shirt that I wore before, with some leggings underneath because it was REALLY cold today!

So, There are my outfits for the rest of the week. I enjoyed it so much, and for the most part I was not embarrassed at all. I just had a lot of fun being a girl. I know that I will definitely be wearing skirts much more often than I have been, but I don’t think that I will be “making the switch” to skirts for a while, if I ever do, for the simple reason that I still enjoy wearing jeans. Skirts make me feel so much more feminine, but I enjoy the look of jeans, and I love Capri’s, they are my favorite type of bottoms aside from skirts. I might someday switch fully to skirts, but not for a long time. I know that this has helped me, because I have felt more like a lady, and my actions, and even my speech has been different, just because of what I was wearing. I think my attitude has changed, hopefully permanently, for the better. I will definitely be doing the whole “ wear skirts for a week” again, hopefully in the spring, but definitely in summer.
Well, I think this is one of my longest non-tag entries, so I will end it here. I have to go read more of Return of the King, send my family e-cards, and I am hungry. Happy Birthday again Rose! I wish you the best.

Fearlessly Feminine Day 3 and 4
Hello! I am so sorry that I did not write yesterday. I was kind of busy and I didn't really feel like writing. So, today all that I am doing in this post is putting in my pictures. I had 2 outfits yesterday, one for church and one for the rest of the day. My church outfit was the one I wore last week, with a black and white shirt that I really like. My shoes were my sisters that I borrowed because I didn't wat to wear heels, and I wore a cross that I got for christmas.
Then for the afternoon I wore my brown skirt, with a white short sleeved-shirt and a blue tank top with strawberries on it.
The today, I wore my brown skirt again with a blue sweater thing. I forgot to take a picture while I was wearing it, so I laid it on my chair and took a picture that way, so it looks kind of funny.
I love my brown skirt, I feel like a hobbit, it has been worm enough that I don't have to wear socks, so i am bare-foot and in a skirt. With me reading LOTR, and actually watching it right now, I really felt like a hobbit yesterday and today.
Well, it is an exciting part of Return of the King, so I take my leave now!
