Ok, so I got up at 6:30am on Thursday, and that was the first day I went and worked for the company. We basically went to a public high school and set up the whole cafetiera. We installed booths, tables and other weird tables (the really tall ones). We unloaded two semi-trucks. One was 1/4 the way full and the other was 1/2 full. The tables were all boxed up in really thick boxes, and then covered in…like a plastic wrap. Some tables had big pallets under them and that made it heavier. One guy named Abel and I got rid of all the trash (and pallets) after everything was brought in (the rest of the workers were inside finishing up the booths. There were only 6 of us.). We finished that day at about….4:40pm or something….can’t remember….

On Friday, I got up at the same time (6:30am), came home at 1:30pm (after I came home I went and painted for a lady!!). We unloaded a semi-truck FULL of chairs. 600 chairs were on that semi-truck. We unloaded 300 thick cardboard boxes of chairs. The chairs were to go around all the tables. My job that day was to take care of all the trash (which I couldn’t keep up with). When they opened the box and removed the chairs (there are two chairs in each box) I got the plastic and put it in its pile and broke the box down (I took the tape off of it) and stuck it in its pile. Once I got a big pile of boxes, I carried them to the trailor and stacked them there so it would be easy dumping it at the dump. I couldn’t keep up with that though because they were just WAY too fast for me. They are all really good at that stuff. I’m not gonna be going there 5 days a week or anything. Just when ever he needs me. So, he said that he’ll need my help next Friday and Saturday. I can’t wait!!
So that was my experience! I had a great time and learned a lot. Hopefully I’ll get to work a lot more for this guy.

We have to get up at 7:00am tomorrow ’cause we are leaving to go to Knoxville to see some friends, and also go to church the next day!! I love going to our church. We have so many friends there. We play volleyball everytime!

Have a good weekend!!

Yup that’s right. Mom and Dad just finished filling out all the forms. I’m not sure exactly what kind of work I’m gonna do, but I think it has to do with putting furniture together and moving them around! I’m so excited!!

Also, I’m not sure if any of you know, but my GRANDpa bought me a mandolin for my birthday! A couple days later we went on Craig’s List and I bought an amp! Normally they cost $600, but I paid $180! So, I’ve been having a lot of fun with that!

Hmmm…can’t think of anything else to talk about…I’ll post probably tomorrow or the next day.

Hey all (not Y’all)! ;) Sorry I haven’t been blogging much. If you look at my history (archives) you’ll see I do this a lot. Blog for 6 months and then just stop, lol. I’ve done that like, 4 times for so. Anyway, I’m gonna start blogging more often.

In other news, I’m buying a camera from my uncle! He is also including a REALLY nice lens in the deal. Here are the links to what he is selling me.

That is the camera BODY without the lens. Here is the link to the lens.

Buying them both would cost me about $2,000, but he is selling them to me for……….!!!!……..$750!! Pretty cool, huh?

Also, a few days ago I started going around all the neighborhoods (we have like, 6 neighborhoods within biking distance) looking for odd jobs, and there are a LOT of old people that don’t like mowing their lawns anymore, or washing their cars, or…you know, any outside work. So, they are having me do it, and it’s keeping me very busy. One lady tried to give me $80 for two and a half  hours of work (don’t worry, I didn’t take the money) lol. So, I’ll probably have the money to buy that camera when I see my uncle!

We might be going to CA this summer, too! We would be going there for a family reunion. That’s when I’ll  be seeing my uncle!

Also, I’m gonna start doing database work for TOS! That means I’ll be getting a new laptop! Hopefully a net book. I don’t know…I just really like those! Haha!

Well, that’s about it. Thanks for reading, and don’t forget to leave me a comment! ;)

Have a GRRRREAT week!

Heyz!

As you all know the Saints won the Superbowl. Oh well, it’s not a big deal to me. I really like watching the commercials! They’re really funny!

My dad and I (and maybe the boys) are going to Ohio sometime this month to pick up a welding table. We bought a welder for magazine stands we will eventually put in book stores. I can’t wait to get started on the whole thing!

Ok, so my birthday is just around the corner (2 days). And please, don’t spend too much. Just a hearted chocolate box, a teddy bear, some flowers (Pro Flowers if you don’t mind) or something like that. ;) LOL!

It looks like my friend is gonna come back with us Sunday (my birthday)! I can’t wait!

Hope you all have a great week like me!

Ok, so I have never liked watching football or anything until I watched the game between the Jets and the Colts (and I didn’t really want to even watch that, lol). I hope the colts win the Superbowl. I really like the Colts because Peyton (the quarterback) can tell what the other team is planning just by looking at their setup. He is a really good player! We are going to our friends’ house to watch it!

I asked my GRANDpa to write another song for me! He said he would try and think of something and that he already has an idea!! I can’t wait to hear it!

My birthday is almost here! Feb 14th! I can’t wait! My friend might be coming and staying a whole week with us! But that has nothing to do with my birthday. It’s funny because we have been texting back and forth trying to decide on a date for him to come and stay with us….just for the fun of it…and we decided to do it on the 31st of this month, (Sunday). But then stuff came up for him/me and we couldn’t do it. So we planned for the 7th of Febuary, and we couldn’t do that either. So let’s hope that the 14th will work just fine. The reason we are trying to do it on a Sunday is because he lives 2 hours away from us, and he is staying until next Sunday when we drop him off. We’re going to have a BLAST!

Mom is due in just 6 weeks! So, please pray that little Chloe will come out safe.
