Brownie recipe I promised my "aunt"

Andie's Mint Brownies, public version


4oz baker's chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups Andes mints baking chips
Microwave baker's chocolate in microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50 % power)1 ½ Min., stirring at 30 Sec. intervals until melted. Stir smooth.
Beat butter and sugar at MEDIUM speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended. Add melted chocolate, beating just until blended. Add flour, beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in vanilla and Andes mints. Line 9x13 pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 Min. or until center is set. Cool completely.

It's official...

Greetings earthlings!

Yep.  My Dad's a genius.  He has figured out, how to stop "Global Warming".  His plan is... Turn up the AC.  The earth goes through cycles.  Cooler for a few decades, then warmer for a few.  In fact, when my dad was a kid, they thought there was going to be another ice age!  Ah, man!   My dad is a genius!
