Colorado State Flower
This morning was perfect in every way. I like to get out into the garden early to check on things. My columbines are blooming right now.
Columbine in my wildflower patch
It was so peaceful and quiet that I could hear the bees getting drunk off nectar. I miss this sound in the winter.
Sage in my herb garden
I’ve noticed that the bees who visit my flowers are particularly drawn to purple blossoms. There is nothing more beautiful than blooming sage.
