These are pictures from last week’s cooking day. We had four cooks, plus Jazmine’s mom who helped continually with chopping, cleaning, washing dishes and encouraging words. We had a couple of children present, but they were playing in other rooms for the most part, so they are only in one or two pictures. This was a lot of fun, and as you can see from the pictures, very productive. These sweet ladies even let me take a couple of meals home. I brought home a new chicken marinade (we had this on Memorial Day on the grill) and a beef enchillada caserole that was yummy.
