Dec. 19, 2007 - A Christmas Treat
Just had to share some pics of this Christmas treat that I made yesterday for the first time:
Melt-in-your-mouth toffee 
I think I might have to make another batch for Christmas Eve. Every year we celebrate the 24th with my dad’s side of the family at alternating houses, and this year it’s at our house. We've also been getting requests for our famous sticky fudge. I just love Christmas baking. Even if I can't eat things I used to be able to, it's the preparation and anticipation and the delicious smells that are the most fun. :-)

That looks good! I love Christmas baking, too. After seeing your toffee I might have to try making some.
