As military families we know that emergencies can arise at any moment of the day or night and the best way to prevent them from becoming a crisis situation is to be prepared. Recently, Melonie Murray, (a friend and reader of this blog) wrote about this very topic for the Homestead Newsletter. I've learned the hard way about these must-have items. My car is always stocked with water, wet ones, an emergency kit, and a first aid kit. Water and wet ones are so useful to have in the car!
