5 Minutes for Mom Is hosting the ultimate blog party and I am just one of many guests. This is my party blog so you can get to know me and maybe you’ll want to come back and check in again. I’m not sure why, but some people seem to like to read about my not so news worthy days so I keep writing them up. I’ve had some doozies this week, for sure but that is for another post.
I am a 3O years old and I stay at home with my children. We homeschool, or atleast try. They seem to be learning something so I guess we are successful. I’ve been homeschooling for a little over 3 years and am still a beginner. I know some would say that makes me an established homeschooler but let me just say, I am still learning. I’m just now getting brave enough to step outside of the set curriculum box. I am married to the love of my life and the most aggravating man in the world. We’ve enjoyed, struggled through, and held on tight for almost 12 years now and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. He is really a great husband and dad but like all people there are just those things and those days I could strangle him do without. I am not perfect and I do my best to not complain but sometimes I just have to vent. You are lucky enough to be invited to share those vents. They are all on here. Youngest is nearly 6 and Oldest is close to 8. They have moments when they are best friends but for the most part they are in the "I tolerate you b/c if I don’t momma’s gonna Kill me" stage. We live in a small town which I love and are buying our house and all the problems that come with that. So basically we are your average down to earth happy family. Nothing is perfect but we know God will see us through and we shall need for nothing as long as we are trusting in Him.
