I am researching gluten- & casein-free diets as a possible treatment for my kiddo on the autism spectrum. I did a search on HSB, using the keyword "gluten." I found various web logs of ladies who follow a GFCF lifestyle for celiac disease or other reasons. Yours was one of them. If you get a chance, could you stop by my web log? Thanks! :-)
