At our recent homeschool conference, I picked up a couple of books (that is an understatment!) I have finished one already and am really enjoying another one.
If you have teenagers, you really need to get Do Hard Things. This book will challenge your teenagers to basically, do hard things. Society expects so little of teenagers, but our teenagers are capable human beings, able to change the world if they have the passion to do so.
The book I am currently reading is Family Driven Faith. Not having been raised in a Christian home, this book gives me hope that God can use me to raise my children to serve Him. Voddie Baucham shares some great stories and truth to take to heart as we raise up a new generation of Christians who can have a positive impact on our world. |

I've been hearing a lot about that book (Do Hard Things). I think I need to take a look at it for my oldest.
Voddie Baucham was at our homeschool conference last year & will be there next year too. He's an AWESOME speaker! I'm sure I'd love that book. :)
Love, Alyssa
