This is what the end of today looks like-- 39 (I think) Quarts of PEACHES!! Hubby really score the BIG DEALS!! He was able to get us 12 1/2 pecks (1 1/2 bushel) of peaches for a great deal! So all but a 1/2 peck have been turned into this: That and stripping my diapes (first time at this) are my BIG accomplishments....... I am definitly waddling tonight!! But I must insert here that the phone rang 100x today and I even had a dear friend stop by for about 20 minutes and through out all those interuptions my dearest husband sat and tirelessly pealed and sliced peaches or I would've been still working at it!!
Now that I am feeling comfortable with the canner-- I wonder why I haven't done this for 7 years-- Yes it was excactly 9/11/01 the last time I canned peaches!! Zachary was only 7 months old--- can't believe it has been that long!!
My dear friend was so kind to take all the yellow squash off my hands and even a few cherry tomatoes-- so that is a nice feeling--
I need to really slow down a bit and tie some heart strings this weekend with the boys-- we had a small incident-- tonight-- no harm but it was a RED FLAG that they need some heart strings tied!!

Also-- hubby asked that I not share all the details here-- (or anywhere) he is like that with things like this-- just one of his "quirks"
 (and I can say that because I tell him that all the time) but If you think of it-- would you please say a prayer for this baby and I for the next 4 (ish) weeks....I did have that ultra sound and OB appt yesterday-- and the OB appt went well-- measuring big (knew that) heart rate , bp, all that jazz--looks GREAT....
There are some question about the last 2 ultrasounds-- but Jason asked that I not dwell on this "issue" (because this is our 5th ultra sound-- and about 3 months ago they thought they saw something else--turned out to be nothing--it's gone-- but the last 2 ultrasounds have shown an issue...) and I really am at peace-- I know God has a plan for this baby--- and he will strengthen us to meet any needs that may arrise.... but I do pray and request prayers for continued HEALTHY development during these last few weeks/days..... (**PS : If my dearest sister-in-law or brother in law still read this-- please shhhhhhh.... we are not telling many-- as it is Jason's request at this time-- to not upset people who may not need to be upset-- because it could be nothing--- Thanks!!) Oh and the baby's head is measuring 40wks 3 days...and the baby itself is measuring 38 wks 4 days (I'm JUST 35 weeks).... Sooooo I know in a few weeks they'll also be questioning-- INDUCTION--- The estimated weight as of yesterday was 7lbs 9oz..... Alrighty then---!!  We just need wisdom and pray for God's guidance in these decisions!!Well- I'm ready to go to bed-- so I hope each of you have a great weekend!!
