Egg clusters

Very exciting nature times at our house...

 

 

 

Those are egg clusters from Florida apple snails.  There are dozens and dozens of egg clusters like this all around our pond on duck potatoes.

These are so cool! I want to go find some! We just finished a workshop with 400 elementary school kids. I did a critter ( water ) table. The kids love being able to see what lives in the water. We also had one very tired toad. He blessed each child with a croak.I would hold him up to their ear and he croaked every time. Thanks for sharing!
