My Opinion:
I read this book in one day, yes, one day! This wasn’t hard since it was easy to read and since I wasn’t feeling well my husband let me read the day away. I wasn’t sure what to expect, since I’m married but I also know that marriages can always be improved plus I have three children which will have to learn about relationships when the Lord gives them the right person to marry.
This book had lots of ideas that I high lighted so I could come back to them one day. Regardless if you are married, single or engaged this book will have something for you. It could just be a help that you need to save your marriage or make it stronger (ultimately, God is the only one who can save a marriage) and it could help a young person decide if the person they are courting or dating isn’t the one God really had planned.
I’m on the side of courting when it comes to my children, but we are a few years off from that as my oldest is only 8, however I still lean towards courting. Thankfully the author looks at both courting and dating and while he doesn’t take sides he does give the pros and cons associated with each.
