Grosser than gross...
The smell of my upstairs bathroom, complements of boys with bad middle-of-the-night aim!
The petrified raisin toast in my sons' closet, from an unknown era
The zuchini in the recesses of my vegetable bin, found on refrigerator clean-out day
The dead bird that thought our window was the sky, with worms crawling out of its brain
A container of compost material that was sitting out in the hot sun, that I forgot to put in the compost pile.
Oh, there are so many more, but that is enough for now.
Just another day in the life of a somewhat over-extended home school mom. |
