Mommy Brain Moment:
There is a huge blog party going on this week. It’s like an open house for your blog. I’m enjoying meeting new people and finding new blogs to read. There are over 900 participating blogs so far! Phew!
So who am I and what’s this blog about? As you can see from my banner, I have six kids. My hubby actually came up with Six Short of a Dozen, but then he changed the name of his blog and I stole borrowed the name. And here we are, blog number five.
This blog is all about building relationships, homeschooling, homemaking, saving money, and walking this faith journey with the Lord. Sometimes I walk out ahead of him or meander off , but it doesn’t take me long to rush back to His side.
Reminds me of my own children. 
I didn’t include a lot of information about me or fun pictures because, well, this is my fifth party post and my fingers feel like nubs. You can read some fun and funny party posts on my other blogs: a dash of sassitude, Enoikeo, Penning Prose, and My Meandering Mind No two party posts are alike. My brain is fried lol.

Nice family!! We have six boys right now, and are awaiting a referral for two girls and maybe a boy, from Ethiopia. I love your blog name. Now that we are adding more kids to our quiver I am having a hard time thinking of a catchy new name. The old one won't work for long.

the sassy one happened to hit the bottom of the column on 5M4M so I started there, but had to visit these others when I saw the 6 kids. I'm one of 9 myself and LOVE big families!

Happy blog party! I'm the oldest of six, but I'm done with two of my own. I feel like I already helped to raise a couple of kids before I ever had one of my own, but it's so nice as an adult to have all of those siblings. It's a wonderful gift parents give their kids; I just can't handle giving it myself.
