Despite my sons cast on the ankle, the "baby left in car" incident, the cleaning and packing for our get-a-way today, Vacation Bible School went off without a hitch! As you can see, this years theme was Narnia.  What fun that was!  The boys really enjoyed the lesson behind the theme and all the fun stuff taken from the movie.  Remember, we are in California - right next to Hollywood.  We had a real Roman suit of armour (accompanied by a guard), a real sword from the movie (under watch), and a stage that was breathtaking.  It made you feel like you really were in Narnia.  I couldn't get photos because it was too dark inside.  Sorry.  The message went out loud and clear about Salvation and the sword of the Bible.
