Listening to the Lord

I have been trying hard all of September ( since school started) to order my days and find more time to spend with each child individually and most importantly more time with the Lord. There are several areas of my life the Lord has brought to my attention that I could change to accomplish this.

One is my time on the computer. I love blogging and spending time with my friends! To honor the Lord and gain more time in my day I will not be blogging on Sundays, Mondays or Saturdays. I am also curbing blog time to late afternoon or evening which means I may be responding to memes the following day.

So please know I love each of my dear friends and look forward to spending time with each of you each week. You are a blessing in my life!

Yes. By limiting my time on the computer to only a couple days a week, I have been able to spend more time with all my children. It is a blessing and you still get to visit us!!! Enjoy your Monday.

You and I are on the same radio station with God. [0; I have been toying with the idea of taking a blogging break but didn't want to fully for any too long period of time. And then it came to me that each week I will be not blogging on Sunday and Mondays. That was such a BIG BLESSING ! I felt so GOOD and had soooooooo much fun just sitting and knitting. I haven't had this in a LONG time and it was sooooo good for my soul. When I went that hike that one week end it woke up up to the realization that I need breaks from the computer. I was always feeling behind. Well the break let me feel that I didn't have to do anything on the blog for two days and it was okay. I do pour myself into this group of gals. I love encouraging but also have to refill my battery too. [0= And God knew that and I am thankful I listened to Him....to be still and know that He is God. I needed to bask in His presense. PTL
