need help with blog

I am asking anyone who can help me make my blog site more custom and beautiful like all of yours. I did a little research this weekend and really can't figure it out. I am so computer illiterate and I really wanted to have a blog but I don't know how to fix it. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Have a great day, God bless,
