Jan. 17, 2007 - Prayers for a dear family
Well, this is off subject from an introduction by far, but I accidentally ran into a friend's blog this morning. This is a family that lives in MO. We have church in our homes and have done so for the past 6 years. This family , The Carters, also do the same where they live and come to visit every now and then. One of our church families have really gotten to know the Carters over the years. Last year the Carters found out that their wife and mother, Peri, had cancer and the outlook was rough. She was not given long to live. They clung to the Lord and stood strong, loved on their very special wife and mother and prayed faithfully. She went to be with the Lord about two weeks ago.
