On Shakespeare:

My poor, foolish heart is left achin':

For my faith in Shakespeare has been shaken.

He plagiarized,

So I am apprised -

Or maybe he was Roger Bacon.

On Cyrano de Bergerac:

A sad tale is poor Cyrano's:

Though deep in passion's love throes

He told Roxanne not

That he loved her a lot;

Another fellow won her by a nose.

On Oedipus Rex:

The good and just Oedipus Rex

Unfortunately lived under a hex.

He married his mother

And fathered his brother -

No wonder they call him complex!

As a stay-at-home, formerly tandem-nursing, homeschooling mother of four lively blessings, Tandemonimom finds herself with so much extra time on her hands, she must look for ways to fill it creatively! Blogging seems to be a good way relieve some of the clamor in her head.
