Dinner.

Yesterday, our  Aunt and Uncle invited us to their house, for dinner, and we had ribs, and grilled corn, and hot dogs!  That was the first time I ever had grilled corn.

After dinner, Aunt "d" took us to see the spider that lives in their guestroom window.  I don't think we knew what kind of spider, but, she was big, brown, and eating a fly.  When I saw her, I was glad that she was on the outside of the window.  It was very interesting.  That's all for today!  Bye!

All in a day.

Hello!  Sarah here, just thuoght I'd do a little poem!  Here it goes!

The night was bright and twinkling, and little children sleeping, even their dolls at rest, and it seemed as though, only a doe  right then could  be awake.  Then morning came, sweet morning came, with the ground all covered with dew, and open faces of the morning glories, were there to say, "hello," to a morning dove, and rabbit ears, and a little fawn - asleep.  Mornings like theese are few.    The sun is shining, the roses are all in full bloom, the children are playing, and mother's at the loom.  The birds are all singing, the butterflies all lingering, oh, what a lovely afternoon!

Do your sisters like to read over your shoulder?  Yes.
