Ahhhhhhhhh! I feel much better! Thank you for the prayers!
Today my kids are in MDO and I am trying to figure out what we will be doing over the next 2 weeks.
I signed up to exchange shoebox sized boxes filled with facts, pictures, souveneirs, etc. of the state I live in with someone who lives in another state. I have been thinking for awhile what I would like to do, but I think I'm in a bit of a time crunch. I know it won't turn out bad, but I had GRAND plans. While I'm gathering information about TN, I wanted to take my kids to all these places and teach them too. So I guess I will have to choose 5 places to go in stead of 150 (exagerating).
I'm actually procrastinating right now...I should be cleaning the kitchen...but who wants to do that?
I've got a lot of catching up to do reading blogs and emails. How do you balance your time? I can get sucked into the computer for hour(s). Alright...I better go clean.
Have a great day!

I have learned to write everything down as the week goes by. I made up some spreadsheets in Excel that I print out every couple of weeks and keep in a binder that I call "my life". I have a spread sheet for everyday stuff and one for school work. It really helps me not forget stuff, but as far as time management I just have sort of an order that things will go and when we start is when we start. Like if one of us gets up late or something goes differently in the morning and we dont' get breakfast till late then we start school right after breakfast even if it's not 'on time'.
Also I'm trying to learn to be realistic. You touched on that a bit when saying you will go see 5 things instead of 150:)
But honestly even 5 things might be too much to expect of yourself. What matters is that your kids enjoy it and that you aren't stressed. I'm still learning to start heading to the car early enough to get places on time and I have a 12yo, 10yo & 4yo. LOL
They (your triplets) still have many years to learn soo much and it's so fun when they are asking the questions and we get to give them answers than just filling them full of information and hoping some of it sticks.
Hope that came across the way I meant it.
Good luck and have fun learning about your state.
