We’ve been busy working through our schoolwork most days. These are a few of the books that we have been using this semester/year. They are different than what we have used in the past but have been a good fit for us overall.
I do enjoy a good morning walk and looking at the beautiful scenery. The one and only day this week that was nice, I walked and took this picture.

In my Tennessee History class at our homeschool co-op this week we talked about TVA forming dams. It was timely as we’ve had flooding rains this week. I took this picture on Thursday. You can barely see it, but through the guardrail, it looks like a lake. That is normally a field and a small road.
Max the cat has decided that this is the best place to be on a cold evening. I think I agree.
