There are many types of blessings. I admit, my favorite blessings are my children, and grandchildren.<\/p>\n

Children are a blessing<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and a gift from the\u00a0Lord<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
\nHaving a lot of children<\/span>
\n\u00a0 to take care of you<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>in your old age<\/span><\/span>
\nis like a warrior<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>with a lot of arrows.<\/span><\/span>
\nThe more you have,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>the better off you will be,<\/span><\/span>
\nbecause they will protect you<\/span>
\nwhen your enemies<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>attack you in court.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 127:3-5, CEV.<\/p>\n

The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22. KJV<\/p>\n

Proverbs 28:20 says a faithful man will abound with blessings.<\/p>\n

There Shall Be Showers of Blessing<\/strong><\/p>\n

There shall be showers of blessing:
\nThis is the promise of love;
\nThere shall be seasons refreshing,
\nSent from the Savior above.<\/p>\n

Refrain:
\nShowers of blessing,
\nShowers of blessing we need;
\nMercy-drops round us are falling,
\nBut for the showers we plead.<\/p>\n

There shall be showers of blessing\u2014
\nPrecious reviving again;
\nOver the hills and the valleys,
\nSound of abundance of rain.<\/p>\n

Refrain:
\nShowers of blessing,
\nShowers of blessing we need;
\nMercy-drops round us are falling,
\nBut for the showers we plead.<\/p>\n

There shall be showers of blessing;
\nSend them upon us, O Lord!
\nGrant to us now a refreshing;
\nCome, and now honor Thy Word.<\/p>\n

\nShowers of blessing,
\nShowers of blessing we need;
\nMercy-drops round us are falling,
\nBut for the showers we plead.<\/p>\n

There shall be showers of blessing;
\nO that today they might fall,
\nNow as to God we\u2019re confessing,
\nNow as on Jesus we call!<\/p>\n
