Author name: Kristen

I am a wife, mother of two little ones, step mom of a teen, and a lifelong learner and educator. I have wanted to teach since I was in the fourth grade thanks to my favorite teacher's influence. Over the years I have taught formally and informally in a variety of settings - a zoo, my church, a high school, and a National Park Site. Each experience has been a welcome challenge. I have a Bachelors in History and a Masters in the Science of Teaching as well as over 20 years experience educating children and adult. I look forward to continuing to share my love of learning as I continue to learn myself. I currently work for The Old Schoolhouse® as the Social Media Manager of HomeschoolingFinds.com (brought to you by The Old Schoolhouse®) and I am also the Business Building Manager in the Marketing Department.
