Eternal Love: God’s Circle of Endless Devotion

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Rev. 22:13
In the realm of shapes, the circle stands as a symbol of eternity, with no beginning or end. Similarly, God embodies the essence of a circle, and His love for us is boundless, surpassing our comprehension. The enormity of God’s love may be challenging for us to grasp, but the cross serves as a poignant reminder. In that sacred symbol, we witness the extent of His sacrificial love, reaching from the past to the future.
Revelation 22:13 echoes this eternal nature, declaring God as the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, encompassing the beginning and the end. His love, like a continuous circle, spans across all dimensions of time and space. As we study the symbolism of the circle and absorb the depth of God’s love revealed on the cross, may we find peace in the eternal nature of His devotion. Let the unbroken circle of His love guide us, assuring us that His love knows no bounds and has no end.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

Embarking on life’s journey with God, we often find ourselves grappling with the manner in which He responds to our prayers. We become fixated on our expectations, oblivious to the broader canvas that God paints. His answers may take the form of a single solution, no solution, or infinite possibilities. To discern His will, we must be still and know that He is God.
Rather than attempting to shoulder the responsibility, let’s shift our focus to understanding our unique role in God’s plan. Listening becomes paramount. Surrendering to God’s wisdom, we discover that our journey unfolds in a way that is distinctly yours. Stop trying to do God’s job and listen to what God wants your job to be. It will be uniquely yours.

Inscribed: A Message from The Hand of God

“In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” James 2:17 – 18
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. To inscribe means to write on, to engrave for duration, and in the tapestry of our existence, God’s inscriptions hold profound significance. In the sacred scriptures, we discover the intimate gesture of God inscribing our names on the palm of His hand, signifying a lasting connection and unwavering remembrance. However, not all inscriptions bear good news. In the days of Daniel, the hand of God inscribed a divine message on the wall for Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s son. The inscriptions were not ones of favor:
“Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end.
Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting.
Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”
These inscriptions serve as poignant reminders of accountability and the consequences of one’s actions. The inscription on Belshazzar’s wall encapsulates a moment of harsh judgment, illustrating the weightiness of accountability in the grand scheme of God’s plan.
As we reflect on the concept of inscribing, let us be mindful of the lasting impact of our actions and choices. When we choose God, we choose life. May our lives bear inscriptions that align with the grace and love of God, for His divine penmanship shapes not only our present but also our eternal destiny.

Basic Transformations: Becoming New by Surrendering to God’s Transformative Power

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing, and perfect will.”
Romans 12:2
God’s desire is to reshape us, to make us new. When we accept Him as our Lord and Savior, inviting Him into our hearts, a transformative process begins – we become new creations, shedding the old. However, this renewal goes beyond a one-time event; it’s a continuous journey. As Christians, we are called to distance ourselves from worldly thinking. God invites us to surrender our minds to His transformative power, aligning our thoughts with God’s perspective. The transformation extends beyond personal growth; it’s a call to reflect God in our lives, becoming vessels through which the world can witness His grace and love. In a world shrouded in darkness, we carry the responsibility of being the embodiment of Jesus. We may
be the only representation of Him that someone ever encounters. Thus, our transformed lives become a testament to His power, offering a glimpse of His light in a world in need. So, let us embrace the ongoing transformation God initiates within us. In reflecting His character, we become beacons of His love, hope, and grace – a living testament to the transformative power of accepting Jesus into our hearts.
