This is a black bear at a museum in Maple creek, me and my parents went to this museum for my mothers birthday, and I thought with all the animal in the museum I could do some blogposts about them. Yesterday I did a Post about The Saskatchewan Badger and today this one is about the black bears.
Male bears can get up to 150 to 180 pounds and can get up to 70 to 105 cm in shoulder height. Black bears are omnivores which means they eat both plants and meat though their diet consists of 85% plants and berries.
