Today we read in Luke 23…many, many twistings of the truth. A lesson for us to learn from. Falsehood had to prevail in order that the agenda of the Father of Lies should be fulfilled. But even with all this corruption, God’s perfect plan would not be thwarted. All their devices served the perfect will of our great God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philippians 1:27 is our verse on unity for scripture writing today. In the same epistle we find our scripture memory verse, Philippians 2:3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Streams in the Desert tells us about “My Father’s Giving”…”He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again”! The windows in Heaven can still be flung open wide. “Give all He asks; Take all He promises!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tozer tells us today about “The Last Chapter”…how is the biography found in God’s Word set apart from all others? Faith’s Checkbook speaks of “More Than Mere Words”…”what He has given us is but a token of much more”.
We close with our prayer scripture, Romans 8:28 (and 29)…what is the “for good” that God is working all things to achieve? The Valley of Vision addresses “Spiritus Sanctus” (Holy Spirit in Latin)… do you know what it is like to pray “prayerless prayers” and offer “praiseless praises”? So much to contemplate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
