This is a Christmas story that I first heard on the radio station WMUU (which has since been sold) in Greenville, SC, sometime back in the 80’s. It was read at that time by Mrs. Betty Panosian.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I’ve since tried to find the date when this first aired, as well as a source for the author of this story, to no avail. The internet is silent on tracing any information, as far as I can tell. So I guard my yellowed, type-written copy very closely. I hope it is a blessing to you and your family this holiday season.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Feel free to use this as a resource for your homeschool. It’s short enough (about 11 minutes) that it doesn’t stretch the attention span too far. You could use one of these free coloring pages<\/a> for them to work on while they listen. There are various ones at the link, suitable for all skill levels.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
