It’s Wednesday–up and over! \ud83d\udcd6\ud83c\udf3b\u2615<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are beginning 2 Thessalonians today with our reading in chapter 1, and continuing with memorizing Psalm 103:1-17. Our scripture writing passage from The Ruffled Mango is Acts 2:44-47–the church flourished as their fellowship grew and strengthened in the early church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Streams in the Desert, we read about “Persistent Prayer” and we consider an inspirational story about a little ant. \ud83d\udc1c Keep on praying…today may be your “70th trip”. From Morning & Evening with Tozer, we look at “The Choice Quandary” regarding discovering the will of God, and he categorizes those things into four groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spurgeon, in Faith’s Checkbook, writes about “Mouth Confession, Heart Belief”, citing Romans 10:9, not surprisingly. The confidence we have in His promise when we come to God on His terms. Psalm 63:3 is our prayer scripture this morning. His loving kindness is better than life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We conclude with the hymn text, “He Lifted Me”, which begins, appropriately, “in loving kindness Jesus came” in keeping with our prayer verse. “O praise His name, He lifted me!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
