We are reading in Hebrews 7 today, continuing our discussion on Christ as our High Priest who is able to save us to the uttermost. Our scripture writing passage today is 1 Thessalonians 5:23,24, reminding us that the God of peace is faithful! And we begin our last week in memorizing Psalm 103…verse 1 to 22 (the entire thing) each weekday this week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Streams in the Desert admonishes us to “Wait with Patience”–“Your desire for the thing you wish is perhaps stronger than your desire for the will of God to be fulfilled in its arrival.” Tozer discusses “The Wonder of God”, citing a very familiar passage–Psalm 103! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spurgeon in Faith’s Checkbook tells us about God’s “Blessing on Littleness”–“Little faith is blessed faith. Trembling hope is blessed hope. Every grace of the Holy Spirit, even though it be only in the bud, bears a blessing within it.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We finish today’s podcast by looking at our prayer scripture, Romans 5:2-5, which instructs us to “rejoice in hope”, and we read “Reliance” from The Valley of Vision. Thanks for joining me this morning! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
