Good morning! Time to launch our Tuesday, friends! :)We continue reading about the final days of the earthly ministry of Jesus in the gospel of Mark. Why did He answer nothing in His own defense? “That the scriptures might be fulfilled” (Isa. 53:7). We are reminded in Psalm 139 that every human life is precious. “It’s Raining Blessing” in our reading from Streams in the Desert. Tozer tells you today that “You Are a Theologian”. Spurgeon, in Faith’s Checkbook, tells us of “Home Blessings Extended”. And we close with the lyrics of the hymn, “Christ Returneth” from 1878.
