It’s Fri-YAY! What are you praising the Lord for today?
-
Our Proverbs reading is chapter 8, and we read Wisdom’s plea to all mankind–“O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.”
-
We are reading Psalm 35:11-28 today as David thanks God in advance for His care even in the midst of hardness–“I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.”
-
Psalm 22:27-28 is our scripture writing passage, and we can say “I Will Remember” God’s sovereignty!
-
Our scripture memory passage is Psalm 139. Verses 1-2 are our assignment this week.
-
Days of Heaven on Earth- today A. B. Simpson asks if, having begun in the Spirit, do we continue on from there in the flesh? (Galatians 3)
-
My Utmost for His Highest-Chambers encourages us to “Will to Be Faithful”–each day we choose.
-
Our prayer scripture is on the topic of “Loving God” and is found in Ps.16:11, and we look at the eternal concept of “forevermore”–which is something hard for us to understand.
-
Our hymn text is a little more contemporary than most we look at (1985)–Jon Mohr’s “Find Us Faithful”.
