Today we continue reading in the very beginning of the gospel of Luke. We meet Him again in our scripture writing passage as the Word, the Creator. “Don’t Look at the Waves” is our advice from Streams in the Desert. Tozer tells us of the “Brooding Spirit of God”, and how God can use His word to accomplish many varied effects in the lives of its hearers. Spurgeon instructs us regarding “The Enemy Frustrated” and the perfection of God’s deliverance. We close with the hymn text, “Am I a Soldier of the Cross?”
